Soil

Soil Testing

Soil tests for construction of buildings or any structure is the first step in construction planning to understand the suitability of soil for proposed construction work. Soil which is responsible for allowing the stresses coming from the structure should be well tested to give excellent performance
Benefits of Soil Testing:
  • Foundation Design
  • Soil Suitability
  • Optimal Design and Construction
  • Slope Stability
  • Environmental Impact
  • Selection of Construction Methods
About
WMM

WMM Testing

Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) work includes laying and compacting clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass on a prepared GSB layer or existing pavement as per the requirement of the project.
Procedure for WMM Testing:
  • Design Gradation Testing
  • Mix Proportion Tests
  • Compaction Test
  • CBR Test
  • Moisture Content Test
  • Marshall Stability Test
Images GSB

GSB Testing

Granular Sub Base(GSB) is a natural or designed construction material used as a sub-base layer for road construction. Granular Sub Base is a layer in the road foundation just above the compacted sub-grade layer.

Procedure for GSB Testing: (including but not limited to)
  • Particle Density Test
  • Permeability Test
  • Specific Gravity Test

Our clients reviews.

Testimonial

They do testing of construction materials such as cement, mortar, sand including m-sand, brick ,TMT bars, water quality, concrete etc. They are not doing any soil testing.Sample of the test materials are taken and tested in their lab and report given accordingly.

FAQ's

Construction Materials Testing is essential when you undertake a project for building a new structure or amending & improvising an existing structure.
Construction material testing are of two categories: field testing, occurs at project site, and laboratory testing, involves taking samples from the project site back to an off-site lab location for analysis.
To perform this test, we select 20 bricks randomly from brick group and stack them along its length , breadth and height and compare.
There are mainly two types of load testing in building construction – Dynamic and Static Load Tests. In static load tests, the structural members will be subject to a constant load for a certain period of time.
We perform the test three times, and each time the cement is mixed with water varying from 24 to 27% of the weight of cement.
